Sue Irwin not only works as a receptionist but also is involved in the day-to-day management of the practice. If you have any queries about the practice or if you want to make a complaint Sue will be pleased to help you . She is usually in during the morning surgeries. In addition you can leave her a message in the "administrative staff" mailbox by 'phoning the usual number or you can email her on:

Secretary

We turn to Kay, our secretary to manage our communications with hospitals and other agencies. Unfortunately because of space and time constraints she is not usually in the surgery until the morning surgery is finished. If you need to contact her about things such as private letters and hospital appointments please telephone in and leave your message in the " administrative staff" mailbox.
