There are several ways to order a repeat prescription:

A telephone message can be left at the surgery for repeat prescriptions.

bullet

Alternatively a request form can be handed into reception.

bullet

You can ask the chemist to request a prescription

Because of technical problems online ordering of prescriptions is not available at the moment.

In order to process  a prescription we need your full name, patient number, medication name, strength and quantity required. Click here for further guidance.     

The right hand side of the prescription form will show the date when your next medication review is due. Book an appointment to see the doctor around this indicated date. We may not be issue you with your pills  if an appointment for a medication review with the doctor is overdue.

It takes 48 hours to process a request for a repeat prescription.

All the local chemists have a ordering and collection service so you could contact them to pick up your prescription from the surgery at prepare it for collection at the chemist shop.

The chemist will sometimes drop the medication off at your home if you are too infirm to go and collect it or you don't have friends or family to fetch it for you.

We will  not issue a prescription if you miss your check-up appointment.
